My service advisor was very helpful and would recommend him in the future. The loaner cars were NOT up to par. Considering I spent nearly 55k on my Tahoe, I would expect a equivalent loaner vehicle. The loaner car also had expired tags on it. The overall dealership environment needs much improving. The setting is very dated and empty. I have a BMW that costs just as much as my Tahoe, and when I receive service at BMW, it's a contrasting difference in comparison to Chevrolet. Read More >>

Brought my 2000 suburban in because of check engine light. I usually use Harbor Chevrolet in Long Beach as I live very close. But I work in Torrance close to Martin Chevrolet and I was going to Las Vegas the next day so due to time contraints I could not use my normal Harbor Chevrolet so I made an appointment with Martin. The codes turned out to be 2 faults, air pumps (emissions related) & vacuum leak at intake manifold. The repairs were done sooner than expected or I should say sooner than I was told to expect them to be. I came after work paid and picked up vehicle and was greeted by the service guy before I had a chance to drive away. (can't remember name) He thanked me for using Martin Chevrolet & wished me a nice evening with a hand shake. Everything was done to satifaction. Will definealey use Martin again when the need arises. I had my 2003 Astro Van serviced at Martin Chevrolet after experiencing an exciting situation on the freeway where my van's electrical system began shutting down and the fuel pump stopped. I was able to coast off the freeway safely. I was able to be towed to Martin Chevrolet after hours and have the van parked in their lot. The van was repaired the following day to my satisfaction.
