My service advisor was very helpful and would recommend him in the future.
The loaner cars were NOT up to par. Considering I spent nearly 55k on my Tahoe, I would expect a equivalent loaner vehicle. The loaner car also had expired tags on it.
The overall dealership environment needs much improving. The setting is very dated and empty.
I have a BMW that costs just as much as my Tahoe, and when I receive service at BMW, it's a contrasting difference in comparison to Chevrolet.
