My air conditioning was blowing warm air!...
My air conditioning was blowing warm air! I decided to take my Camaro to Martin Chevrolet since they are so close to my house. I did not have an appointment but took the car in on a Monday morning around 830am. Alvin Sumera was the service consultant that assisted me with my vehicle. Alvin did exactly what he had promised by calling me on my cell phone and letting me know that my compressor for the air conditioning was leaking and they were going to replace it but the part would not arrive til tomorrow. That was not a problem since I was going to be at the Fire Station for the next 72 hours working. Alvin promised to put my brand new Camaro in a safe place so it would not get dinged or dirty Thanks Alvin good customer service is hard to find! The shuttle service was awesome! I had had a freaky experience in which...
I had had a freaky experience in which some parts literally fell out of the front end of the car. I brought the car in to get what I hoped would be minor repairs and to make sure that nothing else had been damaged in the process. The technician made the repairs quickly and efficiently and advised me of some related things I might want to get repaired when I next bring in the car for routine service. I was totally pleased with the experience!

Came in for a oil change on my 2012...
Came in for a oil change on my 2012 equinox. It had been quite a while I was waiting for the computer to do its job. everyone told me the new cars go a lot longer between changes. I also had the computer re-calibrated Robert explained to me that it was not set up right. Would like to know about how many miles it will go between oil changes with this new setting. Robert did suggest I get the injector cleaned I will be reviewing my manual's to see what this is about. Robert is very good at customer service and I will be bringing my car back to Martin Chevrolet. Patti

I was looking for the Volt, you had the one I wanted in stock so I test drove it and LOVED it. After driving a few more hybrids from other car companies I decided I like the Volt the best and made the purchase approximately 2 weeks later. It was a great experience.
